1. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The athlete is doing a sport specific preparation in order to be ready for the season and prevent injuries.
2. INJURY OCCURS
The athlete suffers an injury in practice, gym, track session or competition. He gets a diagnosis from a doctor in order to have a clear statement of the injury.
3. REHAB
The athlete follows the rehab plan in order to return to “activities of daily life”. There is no sporting aim with “rehab”.
4. REATHLETISATION
The purpose is to readjust the body to specific acts of physical exercise practiced before and to the requirements to enable the athlete to return to normal training and previous performances.
5. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The athlete will observe a sport specific preparation to get back on the field with solid athletic abilities making sure there is no disbalances and weaknesses.
It also serves to prevent other injuries/damages and it`s the basis for an optimal advanced training!
