John is the founder and owner of the best European Strength & Conditioning online platform “Performance Athletic Center”. Since 2020, athletes from around the world have hired John because of his great ability to improve strength, speed, power, mobility, agility, and sport-specific needs. John’s technics have been successfully used by more than 300 athletes in 15+ countries around the world. His work includes Football players from different level (NFL, CFL, NCAA, NAIA, CAS, highschool, Cegep, GFL, combine preparation and many more), tactical forces (firemen, police officers & military) and many others sports (basketball, soccer, rugby, ice hockey etc).
The PERFORMANCE ATHLETIC CENTER is the home for athletes and individuals who are serious about their training. Our center is the “Swiss knife” of the training world due to our expertise in improving ALL aspects of athletic performance and services required by any sports (nutrition – mental coaching – rehab & re-athletisation). Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, or sport-specific requirements – The PAC will get you there. At the “PAC”, we are focus on developping high quality performance! With our determination and relentless pursuit of the best training methods, we offer programs that are designed to unleash the potential in every people that work with us (off season, in-season and post injury). We base all our training from methods that has proven to improve fitness level. Our MISSION is to build and educate people from foundation so you can always build upon your base to improve your level constantly.
Training philosophy
What differentiates the Performance Athletic Center from everything else you can find on the market, is that that we provide you a custom training plan which is based on your individual calendar thus maximizing your progression. We carefully assess the time you have available before your season/competitions and break it up into individual work blocks so that you can achieve your goals.
Every athlete has specific needs depending on available time, his weekly calendar and his training and injury history. You are unique and so is your training plan.
In order to customize your training plan taking into account the before mentioned factors, we break up your strength and conditioning plan into blocks of 4 weeks (from the day you start your training until the beginning of your season). During this period, we will be adapting, modifying the training method, the intensity and volume of workouts in order to provide you with the best support possible and making sure that you will reach your goals.
When you work with us, we will be a team with common objectives. This close and personal relationship based on mutual trust will make sure you push your own limits and maximize your performance.
